Yes, your account will have to be approved prior to purchasing, in order to be entitled to the wholesale discount.

Shipping and Delivery

There is no FREE shipping for wholesale buyers. Postage is $14.95 flat rate.

Not for wholesale buyers. All orders will be sent via our warehouse.

You order will take 24 hours to process. We use both Couriers to deliver your order. The parcel will take 2-3 working days to delivery to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. However will take longer to South Australia, Perth, Northern Territory and regional Australia.

However due to Covid 19 situation, please allow 2-5 extra working days for the delivery.

Yes, all our parcels are trackable. Once we have processed your order and booked a pick up, you will automatically receive a tracking notification either via text message or via your email inbox.

You should receive confirmation immediately after payment is made. If for whatever reason you did not receive a confirmation in your mail inbox, please contact us. Alternatively please check your spam inbox.

Unfortunately no changes can be made after you have submitted your order. However you can always contact our office and we can work something out.

You can pay via Credit Card or Direct Funds Transfer to our account.

Your order will be dispatched once payment in our account has been cleared.

However to speed up the process, you can send us a screen shot of your payment details via email or text as proof of payment. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.

No. If you are unhappy with your order, send us an email within 7 days of receipt of products. We will organise for the refund.
