QUALITY

AYAM™ selects only cold oceans’ mackerels. The fish are tasty, fatty, tender and full of natural Omega 3.

Fish oil may appear on the surface of the sauce in the form of white particles, depending on storage temperature.
It dissolves once heated. It is natural and a sign of quality fish.

AYAM™ has banned in its products preservatives, added MSG and trans-fat.
