This is my favourite prawn crackers that I personally hand carry back to Australia from Penang.

I thought it would be an amazing idea to introduce them to you.

Full prawn flavour, thick cut. However, once you have fried the cracker, they are crisp, light, super crunchy, umami flavour with a sweetness of real prawns!
