It contains finely ground spices of cinnamon, aniseed, star anise, lime peel, cloves, coriander seeds, nutmeg, rice and pepper.
Suggested cooking instructions: Marinade any kind of dish or meat (approx 600g) with 2 tsp of Mixed Spices Powder, sugar, salt and soya sauce to taste for about 1/2 hour. Suitable for frying, roasting, grilling etc.
