I hope you are keeping safe and well. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a blessed and safe Christmas.

It has been a very challenging year for everyone throughout the world. Normally, this is the time when families will be attending school concerts, preparing for the festive season, baking, shopping, buying and wrapping the presents, and planning for the once-a-year family gatherings. with these activities you can really feel the festive atmosphere and mood everywhere.

However, this year is very different. As we approach Christmas and the new year, we will spearhead forward with optimism, weaving through the new normal of social-distancing while having to observe the limit of visitors in one’s home.

As I am writing this article, we are in the midst of facing a notorious cluster of the virus in the northern beaches of Sydney, NSW. Everyone is currently working hard to minimise the spread of the virus, and wanting to look forward to celebrate the festivity and to welcome the new year with hope.

So let’s inject some positive energy right now. Here I wish all of you, and your families, a safe and blessed Christmas and may the new year bring much needed relief to the global virus situation. Wishing you a happy and safe 2021.
