Setting your Intentions

Your first thoughts of the day are important, as they will set the tone of your day ahead.

Have you ever experienced waking up in the morning feeling run down, agitated, frustrated…? The chances are your whole day will be about the same. You will experience delays in getting to work, your children may not cooperate the whole day, your colleagues may behave the same, and you missed the bus or train to get home. Then you are delayed in getting home and possibly your dinner dishes did not turn out as well as you would have liked.

On the other hand, if you wake up bright and happy, and ready to conquer the world… your day will reflect those feelings. You will find yourself humming away in the shower or in the kitchen preparing breakfast for your family, your children are much cooperative, the conversations flow, food tastes much better and everything just flows…

You are the creator of your life, which means you have the power to set the tone of your day. You decide how you would like the day to be.

Our minds are powerful.

Set your INTENTIONS for your day.  Intention establishes a direction of energy and activates the experiences you want. So when you set your intentions from a place of clarity and presence, you set your energy in motion and the environment for the intentions to manifest the way how you want it.

Also, when you set your intentions to clarify what you want to accomplish and feel in your day, you actions will naturally align with it.
