I have purchased two packets of this Assam Laksa Paste. Cooked with John West tuna. Very authentic, and don’t forget to add har kow (prawn paste). Lucky to have one of the best paste avaliable in Sydney. Looking forward to my next order.
I have been a bit slow in writing this review but just wanted to say that the fish curry I made was so so so nice !!!! It was super easy and taste just like the fish curry I get at my parents home town in Malaysia .
I just followed the instructions but did add a bit of tamarind juice in it to make it a bit more sour . Also I would not put in so much water next time too.

I love this Pandan powder. This Pandan Powder is so handy and concentrated. It is equally good as my Pandan extracts. I don’t have to waste time blend the leaves and extract out the juice. Used it for my cakes and kueh. It tasted so fragrant.
Have tried this laksa paste….very good. The aroma fills the whole house. Satisfied!
